This policy represents the WEB HOST WORLD Terms of Service (“TOS”) This policy defines the terms of service all WEB HOST WORLD customers agree to when they sign-up for ANY PRODUCT of the WEB HOST WORLD hosting services.
1.The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority ICANN in the case of .COM/NET/ORG/.IN/CO.IN You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable.the naming authority to register your desired name.
2.We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name. IF ANY between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to hold, suspend or cancel the domain name.
3.Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under this Agreement, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, we shall be entitled forthwith to suspend the provision of Services to you.
4.WEBHOSTWORLD Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at it's own discretion with or without reason.
5.On termination or suspension of the Services we shall be entitled immediately to block your Web Site and to remove all data. We shall be entitled to delete all such data but we may, at our discretion, hold such data for such period as we may decide to allow you to collect it at your expense, subject to payment in full of any amounts and payable to us.
6.WEBHOSTWORLDF Hosting is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We are not make implied or written warranties for any of our services.
7.If you are not happy with our service, please contact our support department who will rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. There are no refunds after the 30 day period.
8.Refunds are not available for any domain names, Domain Transfer fees or any other products or services provided by WEBHOSTWORLD Hosting.
9.No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
10.Any funds added to domain reseller accounts are non-refundable.
11.Accounts purchased under a promotion OFFER, with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 30 day money back guarantee
12.Invoices will be sent via email in form of PDF attachments which will considered as Electronic Receipts and valid payment proof. In case client requires a signed and stamped Hard Copy of the Paid Invoice, we will Courier within India an additional Postage Fee of Rs.100
13.Resellers may use their website for personal use or to sell to their clients.
14.Shared / Reseller Usage are define by the Server. if windows reseller hosting then per Account we will provide you only 180MB RAM Usage and if client use Linux Reseller Account then per Account we will provide you 1GB RAM Usage.
15.We will transfer up to 1GB Data free of cost. If client data are more than 1GB Each account is charged at 500 per 1GB data each.
16.We offer 1 Gb database size per Database and Maximum 5 GB of All database
17.We Offer 1 Gb Email Size per Account and Maximum 5 GB of All Account.
18.we make no guarantees for the response time on end user support tickets it will take more than 24 hours.
19.Cancellation requests must be submit by the client area.
20.Once you submitted cancellation means your service will be terminated with 24 hours.
21.No other Source of Request for cancellation are accepted.
22.Use shared and reseller backup or file storage at your local End.
23.Run any MySQL queries longer than 20 seconds

27.WebHostWorld Hosting will not provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information on any Subscriber to any third party without permission.
28. Offer or Promo code are restricted to one per customer if available.
29.We are not give you any Discount on renewal. if you get discount on first year but it is not possible to get every year. it is totally depend on management.
A.Payment Obligations: Full payment is required in advance before hosting service is established. WebHostWorld sends out invoices that are due every pay period. You are given ten (10) days to fully pay the invoice. All payment-due notices will be sent by e-mail. No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax. If payment was not received by the due-date, your account will be suspended.To have your account re-established, you will need to pay the late fee's. All fees mentioned are in INR (Rs.) funds.
B.Renewals: Your account will be automatically renewed under the same billing cycle unless you give written notice to WebHostWorld thirty (30) days before the renewal date that you do not wish to renew or make changes to such account. Once a renewal payment has been processed and paid there are absolutely no refunds issued. Coupons and promotions are available to New Customers only and apply to the 'Initial Term'. All web hosting plans renew at our regular rates.
C.Cancellation & Refunds: Should you become unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation (new customers only), WebHostWorld will refund your hosting fee subject to the money back guarantee terms listed in this agreement. Refunds are not available for shared/reseller pre-paid accounts and after the 30 days of account activation which includes renewing your services. You may however cancel your account at any time but no refunds will be issued. You will need to contact customer service 30 days before your renewal date and verify information before cancellation takes place. You will be charged in full for the entire month in which you canceled your account. Accounts which have negative balances will be sent to collections and all services will be terminated, including domain registrations. Customers wishing to switch their FREE domain to another registrar or cancel their service are subject to a 1440 domain release fee. Refunds are never available for domain registrations, control panel licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc) setup fees, account addons, renewals of any services or dedicated servers.
Refunds are NOT given for any account upgrades or add-ons, only the hosting portion is refunded in full. There are no exceptions and no refund(s) will be awarded for upgrades at any point after your first 30 days of initial signup.
If you've purchased web hosting services from WebHostWorld in the past and signed up again you are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee.
